About Our Passion

Proudly Serving Historical Building Enthusiasts Since 1999

Massachusetts-based Old New England Restoration, Inc., is a small to medium-sized, personable, family-owned and operated design build contracting company that has been proudly serving historical building enthusiasts since 1999. President, Bill Hardiman, has more three decades of experience with historical preservation and restoration. While he and the crew recognize that they are centuries ahead of the buildings they design and work on, and strive to accommodate changing needs and visions, historical integrity is central to the projects they work on. Those working for Old New England Restoration, Inc. consider themselves to be stewards of the old structures that they dedicate themselves to and to those who have honored them with their business.

As a consequence of being in business for nearly a quarter of a century, Old New England Restoration, Inc. has honed in on the needs of it’s discerning clientele to include the ancient building technique of timber framing. To serve old house and timber framing clients, we are in the process of developing the capacity for property management, maintenance and smaller handyman projects. Serving these three divisions is a state-of-the-art custom woodworking shop, in which cabinetry, built-ins and millwork come to life. Old New England Restoration, Inc. also does it’s our own excavation, trenching and foundations, which has evolved into its own division, Old New England Development. Regardless of what may come up, Old New England Restoration, Inc. is prepared.
