This month Old New England Restoration
is proud to showcase this 18th century Colonial home. Renovations
are part of a meticulously thought out 5-year plan to ensure proper
order in the most fiscally sound manner.
We spent a respectable amount of time assessing the house and
meeting with homeowners to discuss their desires and create a
plan that would suit them.
Over the course of the next few weeks, we carefully stripped
the old paint and worked on the minor infrastructure repair:
trim and overhangs. Once all woodworking was complete we matched
the original color of the house before the elements took their
toll.
The homeowners have been extremely happy with the work done to
their home and the fact that historical intregrity is being maintained.
